Our house had the builder paint for the last 5 years, had a lot of nail pops and we had many screw holes from wall shelves and picture frames that we had installed. When you were going to be late the first day, I was impressed that you took the time to call me to let me know.  Both your guys came over and introduced themselves to me.  This meant a lot to me considering they were strangers in my house working.  These are the things that stick out in my mind (besides the great paint job) between a good company and an exceptional one.  They may be small things but I noticed and was impressed.  I have had many trades in my house and I have never been given these courtesies before.
